Delivery Options
Delivery Times UK
Delivery times vary per watch, if you wish to know an APPROXIMATE delivery date please read the item description, this will give an estimated date of dispatch but may take longer in some instances. If a watch is in stock then it will say in stock and a green tick will appear next to the watch, these watches, providing they are ordered before 10 am, will be sent the same day and should get to you the next working day.
Watches ordered after 10am on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday - if you need the watch dispatched on Saturday, please contact us and we may be able to accommodate your request.
Out of stock watches will not show the green tick and will not say in stock - these watches should be delivered as per the estimated delivery time on the product information page. Please note that the estimated delivery time is an estimate and can take longer in some instances.
Selecting "Special Delivery" for out of stock items will not speed up delivery.
All watches to the UK and Northern Ireland are posted fully insured, via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery. Royal Mail Special Delivery is available but this must be selected at the checkout.
We also offer a Royal Mail Special Delivery (Saturday Guaranteed by 1pm) service - this service should be selected if you place an order on Friday before 10am and require delivery the next day (Saturday). If this service is selected on a day other than Friday, we will hold the watch and dispatch it on the following Friday so that delivery is made on Saturday before 1pm.
Standard delivery is free to all parts of the UK and Northern Ireland.
Delivery to Europe
Please be aware that items delivered to an EU country will be charged customs fees - this cost must be paid by the customer.
Delivery times to Europe are slightly longer than to the UK, we normally use a Royal Mail air sure service which takes around 3-5 working days on top of the estimated delivery time on the product description page, sometimes packages arrive quicker, sometimes it takes slightly longer, all packages are however insured should there be a problem.
Please note, we recommend that European customers take a look at the approximate delivery time section on the product page, if it says for example, 3-8 working days, this is to us, it will then take another 4 working days to reach you.

Watch Shop Online will deliver to all parts of the UK, Northern Ireland and even the EU
- Delivery is FREE to the UK, and Northern Ireland, £15 To Europe
- All UK and Ireland orders are sent via Royal Mail which is fully insured.
- Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday.
Delivery To The EU
Watch Shop Online delivers to the EU, all goods are sent via Royal Mail air sure service. All orders will be processed once the payment details have been received, we will only ship to a verified address and as from the 15th January we now accept credit and debit cards aswell as PayPal.
