If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a no quibble refund or exchange policy. If you wish to return or exchange your watch, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your watch. However, Watch Shop Online will charge a 10% restocking fee per item, unless its an exchange for another item. You as the customer will also incur the cost of postage back to us. All watches must be returned unused and still in the original wrapping. If a watch is returned without protective wrapping or has been worn, Watch Shop Online will not accept the watch back. Watch Shop Online is an independent watch retailer that sells watches at generously discounted prices. We sell watches to buy and not to try.
