Damaged / Faulty Items

If an item appears faulty or damaged we must be informed by telephone or email within 48 hours of receiving the item. We cannot be held responsible for any customer who fails to inspect their order within this timespan. If an item is not reported within this timespan then we will not offer a refund, instead we will offer a repair free of charge providing the watch has not been worn or tampered with. Please however note that all items are boxed securely and have been checked for faults before dispatch. Processing refunds takes 3-5 working days. This is non negotiable.

Other Reasons for Return

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a no quibble refund or exchange subject to the customer contacting us within 7 working days of receipt of your item. However, Watch Shop Online will charge a 10% restocking fee per item, unless its an exchange for another item. You will also be liable to pay for delivery as postage was free of charge. Whilst we do not require a reason for return it would be helpful if you could provide one so that we can try and improve our service to customers in the future. All watches must be returned unused and still in original wrapping. If a watch is returned without protective wrapping or has been worn, or tampered with in any way Watch Shop Online will not accept the watch back. Watch Shop Online is an independent watch retailer that sells watches at generously discounted rates. We cannot sell watches for people to try on and then return back to us. If you do want to try a watch on beforehand, we recommend visiting a high street jewellers to try on the watch before ordering.

PLEASE NOTE - AS POSTAGE IS FREE WE WILL NOT REIMBURSE FOR POSTAGE AND WE WILL DEDUCT COSTS WHICH WE INCURRED SENDING THE PRODUCT FROM THE AMOUNT PAID (NORMALLY £8-9), HOWEVER IF A WATCH IS SENT BACK AND FOUND TO BE WORKING, WE WILL CHARGE FOR RETURN OF POSTAGE (WE DO NOT ADD EXTRA TO THE ROYALMAIL POSTAGE COSTS).

 WATCHES MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE A REFUND WILL BE GIVEN 

  Dealers stamp:

All of our watches at Watch Shop Online are 100% original and authentic, however, the watch books do not come with a dealers stamp as Watch Shop Online is not an "official" dealer of some of respected Brands. Official high street dealers are tied into contracts with the watch brands and have to charge full RRP prices (up to 70% more). As an online retailer we do not have such contracts with the suppliers so we are free to offer the best possible prices to our customers.

EU Refunds

Please note - all watches sent to the EU will be checked twice, we will carry out thorough checks on the straps, movements and all other parts of the watch before sending. We cannot currently accept returns for watches that are not faulty or damaged. The warranties on watches sent to the EU are the same as what UK customers get. We will not refund postage for EU customers.

 

Return Address

If you wish to return a watch for a refund or repair, please contact us prior to sending the watch back, if you do not contact us, we may not be able to authorise the refund or repair.  

Please send the watch back to the address found on the contact us page and return it with the invoice, without this invoice (which acts as a receipt) no refund or repair can be granted.
